Role: Program / Project Manager (Oil and Gas domain) Location: Houston ,TX Duration: 6+ Months Interview type: Telephonic/Skype Description: The Project/Program Manager defines job requirements for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and implementing project and/or interrelated programs activities in a project/program office environment. The job progression identifies responsibilities ranging from providing support for small to medium projects to contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage development of strategic or tactical business plans. For this project the emphasis is on --- * Software Engineering know how including iterative development and use case integration (i.e. how quickly can the PM translate what the business wants into a concise software release cycle). * Technical PM skills in estimating custom development, technical integration, precise cost scenario and trade-offs and the ability to understand key levers in vendor assessments.
