4. Providing comprehensive use cases with alternate
flows for all functional specs

part of every Functional Spec.
6. Interviewing our business users, setting up
meetings, constructing As-Is and To Be process maps for new areas of
functionality.
7. Write clear, complete functional specifications and
work with business users and IM/PM to facilitate their approval. ****
