Business Expert/Consultant with domain knowledge in Employee Health and Benefit administration. 2. The candidate should have worked in a Benefit Admin company or in a consultancy firm involved in providing business requirements/capabilities in Benefit Administration. 3. The candidate should have sound knowledge of Benefit administration primarily focused on: a. Eligibility and Enrollment Management b. Health and Life plans c. Voluntary Benefits d. Defined Contributions e. FSA & COBRA Administration 4. The candidate should have 10+ years of experience which should include implementing Benefit Plans for various clients or a minimum of 2 to 3 consulting assignments, if the person has worked in a consulting firm. 5. The candidate should primarily have business experience, however good knowledge of Ben Admin applications and experience in conducting requirements gathering sessions will be a definite advantage. 6.
