Role: SAP FICO Consultant with Treasury Location: Portland, OR , USA Duration: 6+ Months *Job Description:* Ability to understand the customer business processes and the IT landscaperapidly. Ability to frame the right set of questions for a single processtrack. Assist in creating solution proposals , rough effort estimates , assistin solution workshops and assist in preparing the solution road map as well asassisting in the detailed documentation and in implementing the solution Ableto guide a team , preparation of design documents, gathering businessrequirements and estimation and having the knowledge of the quality processesand also guide the team in using the various quality tools. Should have atleast 2 - 4 yrs years of SAP experience in the core module of specializationand 1 - 3 years of domain experience. Must have a good knowledge of the FI submodules comprising of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable andIntegration with Sales and Distribution and Material Management. Must have theknowledge of Asset Management Module. Must have the basic knowledge of the submodules of CO - Cost Center Accounting and Profit Center Accounting. Ability to read through the customer business processes and simultaneouslyformulating the adoption of the best business practices in meeting theforeseeable challenges. Ability to review, validate the right set of questions.Create solution workshops with senior business managers, review validatesolution proposals and estimates, rendering advice on best business practicesand getting the buy in to adopt these practices. Ability to create solutionroad maps integrating multiple disparate processes. Ability to present and getthe buy in for the solution from senior managers and the CXO levels. Implementthe solution by leading the team. In addition to leveraging the standardprocesses, come out with innovative solutions and timely execution of theproject within the agreed time lines and the cost. Ability to lead a team andparticipate in presales activity and ability to give suggestions on areas ofimprovements. Knowledge of the quality processes and adopted quality standardsin projects. Knowledge of the recognized quality tools and Participate inQuality Improvement meetings Should have more than 6 years of SAP experiencein the core module of specialization and 5 - 8 years of domain experience.
