Should be able to design and architect application for high data volume, large user base, complex transaction business scenarios, high usability and multi-channel data format like SWIFT, hand held devices, Web channels etc 6. Should be very comfortable in architecting and designing application with high performance, RIA and usability design. 7. Should be the Look forward to person in the project for all technical related Issues in the project 8. Should be able to implement technical best practices in design and coding 9. Should be an evangelist in component reuse across applications and promote design patterns with in the project 10.Support customer accounts / project delivery through technology audits to ensure right quality 11.Should be able to conceptualize data model. Should have expertise in tools for creating conceptual / logical data model 12.Should have good expertise in various J2EE design patterns 13.Must be able to create detailed design using tools like Rational Rose or equivalent ensuring good amount of Tool Generated Code * 3.
