Lead Java Developer NYC, NY 9+ Months(Renewable) The developer will be required to deliver high performance, robust, large scale applications with Java, in addition to the following: Solid understanding and experience developing solutions using enterprise architecture, SOA, and web services. Solid understanding and experience of OOP and design patterns. Organized, articulate and able to present technical ideas. A degree in Computer Science or related field. Required Technical Skills: Java – 10+ yrs SOA, Web Services, Must have NLP (Natural Language Processing) Experience, Must have Architecture experience Desired Skills: Experience in search, distributed algorithms, advanced data structures, large volume data processing and statistics. Experience with agile or similar methodologies for continuous development of product and technology including automated unit testing, work breakdown and estimation. Experience with financial services.
