Candidates will need the following experience: Should possess strong experience in integration and SOA solutions. Should have experience in all aspects of Integration solutions in Oracle Fusion Middleware Business Integration Products such as Oracle SOA suite; BPEL, OSB, BAM and Coherence. Strong JAVA experience Proven Web Services, SOA and J2EE skills and architecting experience towards Oracle SOA integration solutions. Should have minimum of 7+ years IT industry experience in SOA Integration projects. Hands-on experience on Oracle Fusion middleware is a must. Should be able to perform Root Cause Analysis, plan for corrective actions and track it to closure as required. Review technical or program specifications, estimate for change requests. Plan and control configuration management activities as required and provide guidance to the team. Meet specified support SLAs; bug fixing, feature enhancement etc. based on criticality factor. Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork and collaboration, and leadership skills.
