The workload being what it is, lends to bringing on multiple consultants to create these reports. Our consulting practice has been retained to provide a long term solution to this client. Looking for a variety of skill sets - from the Senior/Lead role to the staff level report writer. The *Senior role* will require a strong Crystal Reports experience. They must be able to work with the business units to gather requirements, generate complex reports, and manage the workload of the team members. The *other Report Writers* need to have strong report writing skills utilizing SQL and another report writing tool, such as Crystal Reports. Any experience in the healthcare industry - either provider or payer would be helpful.
