Get involved in day-to-day activities where their acquired expertise and knowledge provide focus to subordinates in more technical and complex environments. Handles elevated issues arising from daily activities Will lead projects and other initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity Works toward objectives established by upper levels of management, ensure that project goals/milestones, process compliance are met *Required Experience:* Should have worked hands-on on 2 or more of these technologies Should have lead the application support and enhancements for 2+ years Should be able to do impact analysis, propose changes to the application, handle customization based on the business workflow Should be able to estimate, propose design and technology components for application development projects Should have been onsite earlier and played customer interface role in min 2 customer projects.
