They are doing core Java and Webs Sphere web service development and the technology they are using is cutting edge.* *Key Competencies:* *Technical Expertise* Extensive development experience in Java including implementation of Web Services and JMS or MQ based communication Strong demonstrable background in the following technologies: JSP, JDBC, XML/XSD/XSLT, Websphere Application Server (7.x and above), Eclipse, ANT, and Shell Scripting Hands on expertise in the following bindings: MQ, JMS, and SOAP/HTTP Familiarity with other technologies – WSDL, REST, WS-* family, FTP family, comms family (sockets, HTTP, MIME) a plus *Analytical Thinking* Strong understanding of SOA principals and services design patterns Understands service orchestration concepts and implementation *Education/Experience/Qualifications* College degree in computer science, computer engineering or information systems Minimum of 5 years experience in full software development lifecycle, from requirements through post-deployment support.
