Will work with design staff and other development staff on major projects, and will also work independently on other smaller projects. This position also is responsible for timely and accurate support of complex and escalated incidents of production applications. This position is accountable to follow all appropriate policies and procedures. Position will be part of a development team and will be located in Rochester, NY.
