Please find the job description below and if you are comfortable with below job description, Reply me back with your updated resume and expected per hour rate ??? *Role: Exchange Engineer* *Location: **Dallas, TX* *Duration: 18 Months **Rate: $50 on W2 all inclusive * *BOLD = IMPORTANT* *GC or US Citizens only, must be local for interviews* *Microsoft Exchange Server Certification MCITP highly desired.* ** Experience with mailbox server failover and cluster management.* ** Experience with migration of Exchange 2007 or 2010.* * 5 - 10yrs years' technical experience in information technology including general server administration with Microsoft 2008 & 2008 R2. * 3-5 years of experience with *Outlook Web Access* administration and support. * General understanding of web technology preferred; basic knowledge is essential. ** 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Communicator/Lync administration.* ** 3+ years of experience with SPAM and security management tools such as Ironmail, McAfee, etc.* ** Thorough knowledge of Active Directory.* * General familiarity with Project Management methodologies and practices. * Ability to conduct research into server issues and products as required. * Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment. * Ability to monitor, test and analyze email system activities to ensure maximum performance, efficiency, and availability. * Ability to identify and resolve problem affecting messaging system performance, efficiency, and availability in a timely manner. * Ability to assess the need for any messaging system reconfigurations. * Extensive knowledge of *Microsoft Exchange 2010 including experience with mailbox server failover and cluster management.* * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Develop work plans, test plans, upgrade and maintenance and implementing such plans. * Produce an implementation work plan for submission to the Configuration Control Board. * Track and update any system updates and maintenance through the Configuration Management system.
