*Position: Informatica Admin* *Location-NYC, NY* *Duration: 6+ Month Contract* Desired:Informatica Minimum 3- 4 years of Experience in Informatica 8.x,9.x administration and support ? Solid hands-on experience in Installation and upgrade of Informatica platform and setting up -high-availability, disaster recovery, Security Management ? Strong knowledge of Informatica & PowerExchange architecture and performance tuning ? Hands-on experience of PowerExchange installation and configuration of CDC ? Creation of configuration of Informatica grids, application services ? Repository services, Integration services, Metadata Manager, Model Repository service, Data Integration Service, Reporting Service, configuration of PowerExchange for Salesforce etc. ? Installation and Configuration of Informatica B2B Transformation ? ETL Code deployment for Data Warehouses and Data marts for production , Pre-prod and Test environments ? Review code for standards adherence before the migration ? Write/modify scripts as required for production systems (shell scripts or Perl scripts) ? Monitor daily, weekly, monthly Data Warehouse load processes and other DW related processes ? Schedule daily backup of Informatica environment, restore Informatica environment when required ? Validate and recommend the Best Practices ? Good Database Administration skills ? Good Unix Administration skills ? Good knowledge of Datawarehousing concepts ? Understanding of Networking and ITIL concepts Good to Have ? Knowledge of Informatica Velocity methodology ?
