There is a need to support any go-live defects along with using the entire backoffice for remediation, i.e. development, OSS escalation, etc. In addition SAP recently completed a solution validation where there were clear recommendations on areas of the design that need to be addressed. consultant will be responsible for reviewing solution design findings, preparing for the design, and faciliatating the design.
