Please help to fill below requirement:- Role: Sr DBA Location: Tampa, FL Duration: 1 year Job Specific Preference : Large scale database platform migration experience; working with DEV/QA/OPS/PS and Sysadmin teams to manage platform transition Requirements : • 10+ years Software Engineering experience, including 5+ years as a Database Administrator • Hands on experience with Oracle RAC with ASM on Unix/Linux platform • Experience in the analysis, design, development and implementing of major Database structures • Significant experience in developing Oracle applications and a strong understanding of Oracle tools • Understanding of business requirements of a large organization and reflect those needs in proposed IT solutions • Experience in producing operational and procedural documentation to a high standard • Problem solving ability • Proven ability to work to exacting deadlines • Keep abreast of the latest developments in technology; specifically in the Oracle tool kit. • Proficient with latest versions of SQL and all related database tools • Advanced/Expert knowledge of working in Unix/Linux environment • Proficient with using Oracle Enterprise Manager • Expert engagement skills with Oracle Support Services and work escalations • Advanced knowledge and use of latest Oracle technologies and features and features • Familiar with navigating through online Oracle documentation • Design logical and physical databases or reviews description of changes to database design to understand how changes to be made affect physical database • Communicate with managerial, administrative and technical staff to determine information needs, data flows and systems definitions • Establish and control security and check systems in order to optimize performance and to initiate disaster recovery action after system failures • Manage the distribution and retention of data on various storage devices • Provide day-to-day advice to users on data structures and terminology • Modify database programs to increase processing performance, database tuning • 24 x 7 Production Support -- *Please only reply to my official ID [email protected] <[email protected]>* Sam (Saurabh Gaur) Sage Group Consulting Inc.
