Position: Business Analysts Location: Richardson, TX Duration: 6+ Month *Face to Face Must * These candidates need heavy experience working in the healthcare industry. Local candidates are required. *Position Name: Business Analyst * Location: Richardson HQ Start Date: ASAP End Date: 12/31/2014 This position is also responsible for adhering to requirement and testing policies and procedures that have been defined for the organization. - Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration with 3 years experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis OR 5 years experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis - Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills - PC proficiency to include but not limited to MS Office - Experience with multiple full lifecycle software projects with strong understanding of how each phase fits into the overall lifecycle - Experience in documenting system/project requirements - Experience in developing test plans - Experience in using requirements management tools - Experience with business modeling tools (i.e. Visio) and various methodologies/frameworks - Knowledge of facilitation process or Facilitation and leadership skills - Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously - Experience composing summaries - Analyze existing predictive modeling/stratification/outreach team processes and data to recommend and/or implement process improvements & automation where possible - Work with clinicians to gather requirements, design, modify or develop outreach and other operational reports - Support external business groups by addressing questions, requests and issues related to outreach and outreach reports - Perform extensive member claims & outreach data analysis to define, test and create data extracts, loads, and transformations. - Create ad-hoc query based reports - Develop test plans, test scripts, test data, perform acceptance testing and provide post implementation user support for a major healthcare management system replacement initiative *Thanks and Regards* *Arvind Nagar* *Sr. Technical Recruiter * *Email- [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Direct-408-457-9381 Ext-4073 !!
