*Position: Technical Business Analyst*
*Duration: 1+ Year Contract*
*Location: Spartanburg, SC (Local required)*
*Job Responsibilities:*
Elicit and drive functional requirements using interviews, document
analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases,
scenarios, system analysis and workflow analysis.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile
conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from
low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user
requests from the underlying true needs.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal
customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and
deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional Requirements Document
including Use Cases, UML, Data Flows, and business impacts.
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
*Job Requirements:*
Equivalent Education Level Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
(Exceptions for equivalent experience)
Experience Required: 5 or more years of Business Requirements decomposition
and Systems Analysis.
*Knowledge Required: *
*RUP Methodology, Strong SDLC experience, UML*
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), time management,
interpersonal and team participation.
Demonstrated ability to systematically gather relevant information from
different sources to address an issue and make prompt and insightful
decisions.
Excellent interpersonal skills including analytical, problem solving,
organizational, issue resolution.
