Documenting AS-IS process flows using the tools like MS VISIO, IBM blueworkslive, ARIS tool. Providing playbacks to the customer of the requirements captured and of the sample applications developed. Analysis of the AS-IS process flows and optimizing the same for the TO-BE system.
