In-depth understanding of Service Max and SFDC Service Cloud. Should have implemented service max with Oracle ERP R12 Field SErvices module Deep understanding of Service Function processes specifically around Work Order Management, Case and Complaint Management, Site Installation Management, Field Service Management and Knowledge Management. Hands on experience in Service Max implementation with Oracle ERP R12 Hands on experience in configuring and customizing ServiceMax mobile offline client. Good understanding in implementing security, profiles and permissions in ServiceMax applications (online and offline) Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques. Knowledge of ServiceMax/ Force.com development best practices.
