1. In-depth Knowledge and skills on the Cognos Frame Work Designing and
Developing ( scale 8/10)
2. In-depth knowledge and skills on the Cognos Reporting Studio ( scale
8/10)
3. Data Architectures, Relational & Multi-Dimensional Data Base concepts,
SQL skills ( 8/10)
4. Analyze the Business Requirements to gather the reporting requirements,
work closely with Data Analysts/Business Analysts
5. Work with Cognos Developers to explain and resolve the findings
6. Assist the team as a Cognos Developer using the Cognos Report Studio
7. Knowledge In the Insurance Domain is a nice to have.
