Initially the requirement is till year end (extendable). The associate will be required to collaborate with business and technical professionals to design software solutions that solve problems and leverage opportunities in the Commercial Real Estate industry. Primary job responsibilities will include the elicitation of requirements and the production of functional and non-functional specification documentation using mock-ups, wire-frames, and text at a high level of specificity. Following are the key requirements for the role: *Skillset* : 5-7 years of experience in business analyst role. Good finance background with experience in real estate specific software applications (Argus, JDE, Yardi, Dyna etc.). Experience in commercial real estate cash flow modeling, underwriting, commercial property management, appraisals, valuation, budgeting/forecasting is preferred. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, charts and BI queries.
