Skills - Remedy Engineer

● Required: Software sys admins/engineers familiar with BMC Remedy 7.0 or later
● Preferred: Expertise integrating Remedy with Oracle, SAP,
ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other third party tools (data and workflow
integrations).
● Preferred: Expertise applying and testing Remedy patches and
upgrades to major releases (upgrade to 8.1 forthcoming). Client has
specific configurations and c

ustomizations that would need to be managed and tested through upgrades.

Work would include:
○ Daytoday support of Remedy platform (oncall rotation for major
system outages, e.g. system restore, or down time)
○ Data maintenance (integrity checks, updates, cleanups, etc.) for
support groups, operational categories, product categories, etc,
including requests to add ne

w groups and categories.
● Depending on skillset of resources, work might also include regular
patching and technical management of software upgrades.
