12 MONTHS + PHONE & F2F *Job Description:* The Scrum Master will work with the development and quality assurance teams, to help ensure proper agile processes are followed, help with requirements gathering and analysis, and help clear roadblocks or obstacles. • Work with development teams to create a collaborative environment • Ensure the teams follow proper Agile processes o Lead scrums o Facilitate retrospectives o Develop master plans, specifications and requirements with the project management team o Analyze product and technical impact at all levels o Work with development teams to prioritize backlog items and scope • Protect the development team from distractions by removing impediments at all levels • Define requirements and scope, under the guidance of Supervisor, Application Development • Track and report metrics in a transparent manner to allow insight-based business decision-making • Work with development leadership to encourage the team to build re-usable elements and use engineering best practices, including continuous integration, TDD, automated testing, etc. *Job Requirements:* • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, XP, Kanban • Demonstrated ability to run and facilitate effective meetings • Enthusiastic, high-energy and positive attitude • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High degree of initiative and sense of urgency • Ability to mitigate risk • Highly level of flexibility and adaptability • Ability to work with a team in a fast paced, constantly changing entrepreneurial organization • Strong strategic skills of creative thinking *Sam (Saurabh Gaur)* *Sage Group Consulting Inc.* *Direct Number*: *732-784-6489* *Office: 732-767-0010 Extn: 604* -- *Please only reply to my official ID [email protected] <[email protected]>* Sam (Saurabh Gaur) Sage Group Consulting Inc.
