Please help to fill below requirement:- Business Analyst Austin, TX 12 months + Phone & Skype *NEED EAD GC USC * Minimum Requirements: 3 yrs - Experience with performing systems analysis for applications using Bing Map API 3 yrs - Experience with performing systems analysis for application using ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, JQuery for IIS 7.0, Python, JSON, XML, AJAX and/or JavaScript 6 yrs - Experience using geospatial datasets 6 yrs - Analysis and/or development experience in the full range of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which includes application design, coding, testing, debugging, and application deployment 3 yrs - Must have SQL skills with MS SQL Server 2005 or later. 6 yrs - Experience designing database structures 6 yrs - Knowledge of relational database management systems, including Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL Server. 4 yrs - Experience writing SQL queries. 4 yrs - Experience prioritizing deadlines 4 yrs - Proven organizational skills. 6 yrs - Worked in an application team environment consisting of Project Manager, System Analyst, Database Administrator, and Programmers 6 yrs - Skill in providing excellent customer service 6 yrs - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, users, technical staff and management 6 yrs - Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment. 6 yrs - Excellent Communication skills, written and oral, with people of all technical levels 6 yrs - Proven ability to write clearly and concisely 6 yrs - Skill in decision making and problem solving 6 yrs - Excellent interpersonal skills to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders. 6 yrs - Proven knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of computer systems and of the techniques used in the design of automated computer systems. 6 yrs - Proven skill in coordinating and solving problems; in scheduling, testing, installing, and implementing computer programs; and in troubleshooting computer systems. 6 yrs - Proven skill in requirements gathering, analysis, system specifications, and verification. 6 yrs - Proven analytical skills, including interviewing, listening, and facilitation to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, convert high-level information into details, and develop computer application and database solutions. 6 yrs - Modeling skills to present system requirements in graphical forms. 6 yrs - Ability to analyze systems and procedures; to write and revise standards and procedures; to handle multiple projects; and to plan, assign, and/or supervise the work of others.
