Please help to fill below requirement:- System Admin with ERP Production Exp Location: Santa Ana CA Type: 6 months contract to hire Only GC OR USC Production Application Admin Lead *Person should have worked in a Production environment and provided support for ERP systems preferably.* job Description · Install, setup, and configure application modules and server components, including any 3rd party products or middleware required by the application. · Perform application upgrades and patching as needed to support the business. · Monitor and respond to alerts of system failures, outages, or performance issues. · Analyze, diagnose and resolve performance issues and outages to minimize impact to the business. · Act as the key contact and escalate support related issues with vendor technical support. · Communicate the issue, resolution strategy, and progress to appropriate individuals / groups until the issue has been resolved. · Keep documentation up-to-date to reflect any changes in process, procedure or configuration. · Assist development teams to deploy code and application releases. · Research, test and evaluate new versions of the application. · Learn to administer new applications and technologies to support new projects and initiatives. · Participate in special projects and provide support services and system administration expertise where appropriate. · Maintain SOX and SSAE16 controls as assigned. · Participate in 24x7 on call rotation. Qualifications · 6+ years of system administration and support experience with a vendor packaged ERP application. · 6+ years with primary responsibility for troubleshooting and maintaining high availability for production applications. · 6+ years working in project teams in software installation, configuration, customization and implementation. · Strong knowledge with Microsoft Windows 2003 / 2008 / 2012. · Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational database management technologies. · Strong knowledge of Web application servers such as IIS, WebSphere or Weblogic. · Solid knowledge of virtualization technology. · Solid knowledge of authentication protocols and Active Directory. · Solid knowledge and experience with Windows scripting languages such as PowerShell. · Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently diagnose the cause of system issue and failures. · Demonstrated ability to install and manage software efficiently in a complex enterprise network environment. · Demonstrated ability to learn to administer a different application quickly, and independently. · Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing. · Ability to work effectively with others either in one-on-one situations or in team environments. · Ability to produce clear, accurate, and relevant documentation – Visio flow diagrams, run books, Project Plans, and Root Cause Analysis. · Demonstrated ability to work within a complex security model, gather requirements for complex projects, recommend solutions to achieve project goals, and work on multiple client engagements simultaneously. · Specific administration experience in PeopleSoft, CampusVue, or Talisma is preferred. · Experience working with multiple VMWare environments is a plus. *Please only reply to my official ID [email protected] <[email protected]>* Sam (Saurabh Gaur) Sage Group Consulting Inc.
