Be a clinical data mapping expert on our team. Communicate directly with data analysts managers to resolve issues and to provide guidance as needed Report patterns, trends and anomalies Log data issues and defects Reporting of data to various internal departments Miscellaneous department projects as needed Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed: *Knowledge of standard controlled vocabularies like LOINC and SNOMED. * More than 5 years of experience working as a data analyst Knowledge of healthcare IT messaging standards like *HL7*. Experience with *large healthcare datasets*. Experience using both structured and unstructured healthcare data Strong organizational skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to think creatively and explain ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical individuals.
