Please help to fill below requirement:- *SAP SCM Consultant - 3+ months - PA* *MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, MINIMUM 9 OUT OF 10 (this is the #1 requirement as role will regularly interact with others).* *Interview process:* *Non local: Phone followed by Skype* *Local: Phone followed by in-person* *Only GC, EAD GC and USC.* *SAP SCM Consultant* *JOB SUMMARY:* This position is responsible for the implementation and support of the Supply Chain Management (SAP MM/PP/WM) process area solutions. The position requires an individual with a deep understanding of the relevant modules in SAP and key integration points with the Order Management (SD) and Finance (FI/CO) modules in SAP. *PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*: - Support the existing SAP design, SAP application configuration, and custom system enhancements / integration points - Provide additional support to key Supply Chain processes as needed - Document requirements for new functionality as required in support of the Supply Chain processes, which may include SAP application configuration, custom enhancements and custom reports - Develop functional design specifications in support of existing and new application requirements - Develop procedures, processes and guidelines that are efficient and focused on the quality of the process or end state deliverable - Collaborate with various technical teams to evaluate design alternatives, optimize design solution and minimize impact to performance - Develop and execute functional unit test cases in support of new application requirements - Collaborate with cross functional teams to perform test activities (e.g. string, integration, performance, user acceptance) - Responsible for managing design issue/defect resolution - Support the deployment of production applications and provide post-production support related to the custom system enhancements, and integration points *QUALIFICATIONS:* - 6-8 years of SAP configuration experience with the SAP Supply Chain-related (MM, PP, WM and/or SD) modules, acting in a systems analysis function (working with end-users to translate business requirements into system specifications) - Demonstrated understanding of all aspects of a full life cycle implementation and production support - Experience with complex implementations that include custom solutions around SAP (interfaces, user exits, enhancements, customer programs) is a must - Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to lead discussions, present ideas to audiences of all sizes, and interact with all levels of the organization - Knowledge of SAP structures, configuration standards, object dependencies and tables - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals - Proven ability to research and assess potential SAP solutions in support of new business requirements - Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Access) - Demonstrated ability to analyze and provide effective problem solving, assessing whether standard functionality can be used and identifying reasonable custom solutions where needed - Ability to translate functional requirements into technical terms relevant to SAP to coordinate and assist with detailed technical design - Willingness and ability to travel as required *Sam (Saurabh Gaur)* *Sage Group Consulting Inc.* *Direct Number*: *732-784-6489* *Office: 732-767-0010 Extn: 604* -- *Please only reply to my official ID [email protected] <[email protected]>* Sam (Saurabh Gaur) Sage Group Consulting Inc.
