Business project managers who understand healthcare business to work with business partners to execute their projects. Lead projects involving Health Insurance Exchange/HIX, Encounters, Pharmacy Benefit Management, ICD I/10, Claims, Managed Care, Traffic, Provider Services, Complaints/Appeals Grievances. 1. ICD 9/10 Project Manager (1 year contract) – lead ICD 10 implementation 2. Pharmacy Benefit Management/PBM (1 year contract) – lead PBM implementation 3. Encounters Project Manager (1 year contract) – lead Encounters projects 4. Health Insurance Exchange/HIX Project Manager (1 year contract) - lead Health Insurance Exchange projects (also known as Health Insurance Marketplace) 5. Complaints, Appeals & Grievances (1 year contract) – lead projects involving complaints and grievances 6. Provider Contracting (1 year contract) - lead Provider Contracting projects 7. Traffic (1 year contract) - lead member & provider materials projects 8.
