QUALIFICATIONS: Three to five years of Cisco UCS and VMware design, deployment, upgrade and troubleshooting experience. Must have experience with Cisco products Be open to learning new technologies to help support the end user. Experience with Cisco Nexus 7k 2k 5k 1000V switches is desired. Be able to perform analysis and diagnosis of highly complex problems in the Data Center Environment. CCIE data center, VCP and UCS certs are desired. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting firewalls or other security products such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, Juniper, Cisco Suggested, but not required certifications might include Cisco CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft MCSE, VMware, and any type of firewall vendor certifications. Ability to upgrade, install and troubleshoot large IT environments, including VMware, and Cisco products Experience managing Cisco UCS and other server platforms Demonstrated strong problem solving and issue resolution capabilities.
