Phone & Skype $45-50/hr C2C Required Skills: Must have Windows and Active Directory experience Must be Proficient in Multiple Virtual Storage (MVS) mainframes and Resource Access Control Facility (RACF) Security certification strongly preferred RACF administration, reporting for MVS and client-server environment, technical expertise of RACF and MVS functions, familiarity with security batch reports, MVS RACF customization, MVS system level parameters, and userid definition process is key to this role • 6+ years experience in information technology supporting a large size company. • Possess exposure to Windows, Open Systems and Multiple Virtual Storage (MVS) Mainframe computing environments with a strong emphasis on Active Directory (AD) and Resource Access Control Facility (RACF). • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills, proactive, and accountable with the ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail. • Ability to maintain a steady work pace with a high level of accuracy. • Possess critical thinking skills to evaluate and rationalize requests for appropriateness. • Works well with peers, clients, and third party vendors in a team environment. • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision. • Must possess a strong sense of ethics and integrity in support of security compliance and related interaction with all constituents. • Proficient in Windows and Active Directory security design and application, including knowledge of file shares and group membership. • Proficient in Multiple Virtual Storage (MVS) mainframes and Resource Access Control Facility (RACF), including the Vanguard suite of products for RACF. • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Visio) to provide data in various forms (reports, charts, statistics) and SharePoint. • Understands concepts of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), with experience in RBAC-related implementations. • Understands Identity and Access Management best practices, with exposure to IDM systems and tools.
