Job Title IT Project Manager Industry Healthcare - Payer Desired Job Category Management/Analysis - PM Location: Boston, MA Duration: 6 months Rate: $50 /hr C2C all inclusive Duration: Boston, MA Mode of Interview: Telephonic and Face to face *Top 5 skills:* · 4-7 years' implementing information systems · Background in managed healthcare or insurance operations · Experience using MS tools, MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio · Working knowledge of System Development Life Cycle and PMI · Excellent verbal and oral communication skills · Consulting engagement at a large organization in Healthcare service industry. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Coordinate and manage activities of a project team, controlling the indirect management of resources and schedules to ensure timely completion. · Responsible for identifying project risks and creating and implementing contingency plans, adhering to and communicating project change management, as well as responsible for project budgeting including project cost tracking for assigned projects. · Identify and work to resolve issues and obstacles, escalating where necessary for resolution to business owner and/or IT Lead. · Apply solid understanding of prevailing, methods, principles, and techniques of a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a single technical area or business function. · Work on multiple diverse projects of moderate size, scope, and complexity.
