The candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, exploring solution options, assisting the program with procurement and implementation as well as managing the overall project. The ideal candidate will be a self starter and able to work with a diverse team of people. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of BA and PM experience. We are looking for a candidate with experience analyzing an existing system, developing process flows and making recommendations for new program direction. Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Analyzes business needs for complex automation projects and consults with end-users to prepare a detailed requirements document. Required 8 Years Strong quantitative, analytics, problem solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are required Required 8 Years Experience analyzing an existing system, develop process flows and make recommendation for new program direction Required 8 Years Strong Project Management for projects ranging in size from small to medium.
