Position: Agile Business Analyst
Location – Strongsville, Oh (Cleveland area) Duration – 3+ months Interview – Face to face Target cost - $50/hr on C2C *Required:* 1. At least 1-3 years’ experience working on an Agile development team as a business analyst. 2. Substantial training in Agile principles, specifically the Scrum framework. 3. Strong experience analyzing and documenting business requirements and functional specifications for corporate external and internal web sites in user stories. 4. *Web/Digital Marketing Experience (ecommerce)* 5. Excellent skills required in critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, backlog management and prioritization, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions (e.g., partnering, conflict management, resolving priorities between stakeholders, consulting, etc.). 6. Three or more years of experience in business analyst role. 7. Self-starter that can work with diverse stakeholders and with minimal supervision. 8. Strong organizational skills. 9. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint skills appropriate for business analysis documentation 10. Strong QA testing skills 11. *On-site, in person candidate interview required before selection.* *Desired:* 1. SEO, WebTrends and A|B Testing Knowledge 2. Sitecore experience 3. 508 Compliance or Responsive Design Testing experience 4. Bachelor’s degree in MIS/related field or equivalent experience 5. Some .NET C# development exposure is desirable. 6. Familiarity with concepts like UX Design, usability testing, wireframes and prototype development. 7. Mobile Application project experience and/or Content Management System project experience. *Responsibilities:* 1. Will work on specific projects for the Interactive eSolutions team. 2. Assist with creating users stories and applicable acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners and technology team. In addition, the BA will facilitate collaborative discussions for grooming sessions to help developers understand the business’ needs. 3. Participate or lead testing activities (QA and UAT) for 508 compliance, website and responsive design stories. 4. Review and approve finished development work before release into production. 5. Lead testing activities (QA and UAT). 6. Could be involved in documenting business and functional requirements, wire framing, prototyping, usability testing, statements of work, test plans, user testing, coordinate of approvals and implementation. 7. Analyze varying solutions and provide strategic recommendations with an eye on functionality, cost, technology and value as appropriate. 8. Will most likely split time among more than one team. 9. Complete monthly team reporting, sprint metrics and sprint committed stories documentation. *Project Detail:* 1. *We are looking for a BA with strong background in the Agile process with web and digital experience to lead a team(s) supporting web and/or mobile application development projects. This person will also work collaboratively with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, user experience analysts and the team’s scrum master/project manager.* 2.
