Summary of deliverables: a) review, update and creation, when missing, testing related policies, procedures and job aids; b) creation of training repository, training material and training program to be able to consistently train EQA staff (consultants and FTE's) as well as our customers; c) define, implement and monitor controls to ensure policies are being adhered to and procedures are being followed consistently for all Reg SCI systems. *Required Skills**:* • Technical writer, with excellent all around written communication and presentation skills and solid grasp of effective communication strategies tailored to various audiences (internal/external, regulatory, management, staff, etc.). • Knowledge of quality assurance industry best practices. • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
