*Role:: **Business Analyst with Annuity Insurance* *Location:: **Jersey City, New Jersey* *Duration:: 12+ months* *Job Description::* *Technical/Functional Skills* Domain expertise in Retirement Services / Plan Management industry - Defined Contributions, Enrollment, Salary Reduction, Employer sponsored retirement plans (401k, and 403bs, IRA’s, SEP IRA’s etc.) is preferable Ability to negotiate equally with IT and Business stakeholders Must have a good grasp of web front-end technology, Javascript, etc., but no coding expertise necessary Must have Agile, Scrum experience; Advanced expertise in Excel and Word Must be reliable and responsive to client and/or management requests Excellent people / relationship management, and relationship building skills.
