Duration: 6 months (contract to hire)
*Support Team Lead (Oracle EBS Financials) *
Position will lead a team of 5 Oracle EBS Financial support analysts and
interact directly with the client. They will proactively provide guidance
and consulting to the client on Oracle
*MUST HAVE:*
· *Oracle EBS core financial modules experience* (AP, AR, PO, GL,
Cash Management) Ticket management experience
· Experience with SLA Time Frames
· *Previous Team Lead Experience* (experience managing direct
reports)
o Managing day to day activities
o Assigning tasks
o Setting priorities
o Coaching
o Mentoring
o Evaluating performance
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills
*NICE TO HAVE:*
· Experience in a formal application support environment (helpdesk,
SLA’s, triage, etc)
