Harrisburg, PA 6 months + Ph & Skype $45/hr MAX This consultant will work on the Agency Distribution Implementation Project. This project is the implementation of a new agency tracking/storage and commission system that will modernize these processes and include agency/producer on-boarding functionality. The business analyst position will create business requirements, test matrices, test cases as well lead the testing of the requirements. The following skillsets are required for the Business Analyst position: 1. Business Analysis a. Writing of business requirements b. Testing preparation and testing skills 2. Knowledge of Insurance Property/Casualty Industry is required a. Standard and Special commission experience is preferred b. Experience with agency data helpful 3. Use of Microsoft Office 4. Knowledge of writing and executing SQL queries is nice to have 5. Experience working with (reading, understanding and mapping) XML required 6. Effective communication skills, both oral and written 7. Effective inter-personal skills 8. Effective organization skills, with the ability to work independently 9.
