*Role: QA LEAD (7+Years)*
*Location: Parsippany, NJ*
*Responsibilities*:
The Lead Software QA Analyst will lead efforts in creating testing
schedules, workload assignment and resource planning for all testing
activities.
He/She manages the progress of all testing activities against the test
plan, including cross functional teams testing activities.
He/She collaborates with all application groups, development team, project
managers, business analysts and business users for formal review of testing
plan, testing schedules and test script coverage.
He/She will be responsible for coordinating User Acceptance Test Plans,
Schedules, Execution, across multiple markets.
He/She will assist the Business Users in developing test scripts based off
of Business Scenarios.
Experience in writing SQL queries for MS SQL and Oracle Database
Experience in Sterling Order Management Systems –order management,
inventory management
Experience in testing Complex-Highly Integrated Applications
Must have experience in Managing End to End Retail Testing Project through
Financial Validation
He/She will hold defect review meetings.
He/She will participate in formal review of business requirements and
application design and will be responsible for understanding dependencies
for testing integrations between applications.
Experience in Sterling Order Management Systems –order management,
inventory management
*Domain Knowledge*
Retail, Ecommerce
*Tools Knowledge*
ALM (Quality Center) 3+ years’ experience
UFT (QTP) 1+ year preferred
*General Qualities*
Must be available for overtime if needed, including weekends
Excellent Communication Skills, Verbal and Written
