Please help to fill below requirement:- *Business Systems Analyst- eCommerce (Hybris preferred) * 5-6 months to start with extensions to end of year Level- Need 1 Junior and 2 Sr. BSA's Newton, MA Rate: Market need Jr & Sr people Interview- Phone/Skype Must have strong comm skills The Business Systems Analyst must have the following skills: * Strong experience with high volume B2C / B2B eCommerce systems * Perform functionality testing before the release and demo to the business and IT teams * Liaison between development and testing team * Ability to independently lead discussions of complex ideas and/or workshops and develop project deliverables * Able to establish, build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with individuals in virtual teams across the organization * Ability to produce and present clear, concise, relevant and accurate documentation based on captured requirements and information gathered from stakeholders / subject matter experts * Solid Business Analyst skills, including experience interviewing stakeholders/subject matter experts to gather and document business requirements, process mapping, meeting summaries, etc. * Strong experience documenting technology requirements, requirement analysis tools/methodologies * Excellent time management and organizational skills; the ability to manage conflicting priorities and multi-task effectively; and communicate current status and tasks to management Nice to have: 4+ years of Business Analyst experience in hybris and e-commerce Responsibilities & tasks These are the tasks: * Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation and enhancement of hybris eCommerce platform * Apply specific functional knowledge of eCommerce application to help guide the design and implementation of the solution * Conduct requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews and initial client discover work * Prepare detailed requirement specifications, functional specifications, use case and work-flow diagrams and manage the requirements throughout the project lifecycle * Conduct testing efforts in conjunction with the Project or QA Manager, including the design and execution of test scripts and scenarios * Prepare training materials appropriate for target audiences and developed solution and conduct training sessions * Assist the Project Manager develop, maintain and execute project plans as well as to help manage project scope, timelines and budgets * Identify, analyze, communicate and mitigate project risks * Assist with gap analysis, business process redesign, roadmap planning and developing proof-of-concepts * Support the development of strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and strong working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members *Contribute to the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, and business development tools *Sam (Saurabh Gaur)* *Sage Group Consulting Inc.* *Direct Number*: *732-784-6489* *Office: 732-767-0010 Extn: 604* -- *Please only reply to my official ID [email protected] <[email protected]>* Sam (Saurabh Gaur) Sage Group Consulting Inc.
