*POSITION* *.Net SME / Architect / Tech Lead* *Duration: Long Term* *Location :* *West Chester, PA* *Skype and F2F* *Job Summary:* · Responsible for promoting the use of industry and Company's technology standards. · Monitors emerging technologies/technology practices for potential use within the Company. Designs and develops updated · infrastructure in support of one or more business processes. · Helps to ensure a balance between tactical and strategic technology solutions. · Considers business problems “end-to-end”: including people, process, and technology, both within and outside the enterprise, as part of any design solution. · Mentors, reviews codes and verifies that the object oriented design best practices and that coding and architectural guidelines are adhered to. · Identifies and drives issues through closure. · Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. · Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. *Core Responsibilities:* · Design, document, and maintain diagrams for systems, processes, interfaces, and scheduling. · Collaborate with business and technology partners and guide implementation teams towards a common architectural vision. · Serve as the primary technical architecture contact with clients and act as mentor for colleagues with less experience. · Own the end-to-end technical design for initiatives in close partnership with the development, testing, operations, and data team leaders. · Perform analysis of user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper requirement specifications. · Assists in the planning and design of new or upgraded systems.
