They are looking for a *QA Test Lead in ** East Rochester, NY* *Job Title: QA Test Lead* *Location: East Rochester, NY* *Duration: 6 month +* *Job Description:* · Candidate will be responsible for acting at the Test Lead on 2 Projects. These projects are already in motion so this resource will have to hit the ground running. They will be given Project transition documents their first week for review and work very closely with the 2 assigned PM's. · Must Haves: 1. Test Lead Experience: Candidate must have experience reviewing requirements for testability, updating test plans, coordinate/monitor testing activities, and reviewing code from development teams. Candidates will also attend weekly meetings with testers, and report weekly on testing metrix. All defect will be tracked by the test lead within the defect tracking tool. (Excellus is currently using Rational but is moving to HP tool) · 2. Leadership Exp: Experience leading teams of testers for large projects or multiple projects at one time · 3.
