*AngularJS Developer* *Location: Downtown Chicago, IL*
*Max rate C2C:55/hour* *FACE 2 FACE* *NEED TO BE LOCAL TO INTERVIEW ONSITE THIS WEEK* The following is a broad list of responsibilities our Senior Web Engineer will encounter: Collaborate with user research and visual UI design teams to brainstorm and validate experience design concepts. Provide technical feasibility feedback to help inform information architecture and visual UI design. Lead full-stack web application architecture & planning on a project-by-project basis. Provide direction/assistance to engineers and associate engineers on a project-by-project basis. Build functional UI templates in HTML/CSS/Javascript based on design deliverables from our UI team. Build client side applications using a modern single page web framework. (e.g., AngularJS, Backbone.JS, etc.) Define & build APIs for use by the client-side application. Integrating UI templates with content management systems (e.g., Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal). The successful applicant will bring with them the following: Minimum 4+ years experience in web and mobile application architecture design and web development. Experience managing/leading client relationships. Experience leading a project team. Expertise with common UI web frameworks and development tools. (e.g., jQuery, Bootstrap, Sass/LESS, Git, etc. Expertise and advanced knowledge of JavaScript concepts, libraries or frameworks. (e.g., Angular, Backbone, Node, Grunt, or Bower) Expertise and advanced knowledge of server side frameworks (PHP, Rails). Expertise in both web service/API creation and database CRUD operations. Knowledge of experience architecture software programs (e.g., Axure, Omnigraffle, InDesign, Illustrator, and similar) Strong working knowledge of Photoshop; able to cut up comps from the design team. Ability to work in a team environment, from making pixel perfect sites that meet the design requirements to integrating code with the back-end development team. Experience building and rapidly iterating on interactive prototypes Familiarity with design patterns for mobile, tablet, and web Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication and presentation skills Extremely detail-oriented, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with aggressive schedules while juggling multiple projects Sense of humor required!
