Position : Performance Tester Location : Charlotte, NC Duration :Long Term Contract Start :ASAP Skills : • Build performance test scenarios and create test approach documents. • Use Performance Center and LoadRunner as well as other tools to develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts. • Test applications to verify that software meets or exceeds performance specifications and standards. • Perform triage of performance issues encountered during testing and make suggestions for performance improvements. • Work closely with development to troubleshoot, diagnose and correct performance issues. • Use industry standard performance profiling tools to identify source of memory leaks, inefficient SQL, and redundant operations. • Prepare performance test results. • Must have strong performance testing/engineering experience in a Java environment. • Must have experience using Performance Center and LoadRunner. • Should be familiar working within a Unix environment.
