JD, Scope of work (details)
· Strong PM for SAP Business Intelligence projects with good
understanding of the nature of projects and terminology
• prepare and manage project plan
• Report to PMO, track progress to plan/ budget, highlight
risks, report status and issues
• Effort estimation, budgeting of work, and oversee development
tasks, activities with various teams
• escalate risk / issues as necessary
• Track and manage budgets, escalate as necessary
• Ability to interface effectively with client business leads,
project / development team(s) and other support teams
• Communicate effectively, proactively assess risks and
identify mitigation options with appropriate team(s) before escalating
• Proactively escalate risks & issues to leadership / PMO when
appropriate
• Act as an internal liaison augmenting client team instead of
acting as a consultant
• Provide weekly status (or more frequently per methodology)
across all initiatives
• Project managers (PMs) to participate in PMO / review
meetings as appropriate
• PMs to provide periodic burn report to track progress against
budgets & alert on deviations, if any
