*Interview mode: Phone then F2F* *Must have Qlik, Tableau or SpotFire* *Responsibilities include:* • *Analyze business needs to develop and document functional requirements and specifications for new analytics tool* *• Manage testing and deployment of systems* • Call out opportunities for better solutions • Act in accordance with security rules and best practices; call out risks • Design end-to-end analytical stems including • Understanding data needs/models • Developing report and dashboard specifications • Designing system logic • Designing user experience and visual presentation • Oversee day-to-day activity by internal developers and other resources throughout Bridgewater to ensure high quality, on time delivery • Aid in setting up, documenting and developing training to ensure quality operation of tools by end users • Aid in creating metrics and reporting models to evaluate how security is running and how security risk is being managed. *Position Requirements:* • Must be able to operate with a high degree of confidentiality and responsibility.
