Troubleshoots complex issues, *Responsibilities:* · Utilizes existing framework along with JavaScript, XML, and SQL to create and maintain client specific Benefit configurations · Manipulates, reads, codes JavaScript, XML, and SQL in support of client specific benefit configurations · Triages, codes, and performs QA testing on client specific benefits configurations · Provides operational support for clients after the ADP product has gone into production with the client. Develops and determines best methods to accomplish successful delivery of solutions. Applies tools and testing methods to processes in order to consistently produce error free results in a timely manner. · Identifies and resolves escalated client and production issues by conducting root cause analysis of the issue and resolving the issue or working with the appropriate resource to resolve. Recommend process improvement and client/associate satisfaction improvement initiatives. · Develops and manages work plans for specified client base. Manages self to the completion of those tasks and informs others when problems occur or when commitments cannot be met as planned. Responds and reacts to a variety of critical issues simultaneously. · Writes data base queries and reports as appropriate. Creates, updates and maintains functional documentation to support client processing. · Demonstrates thorough knowledge of applicable platforms/applications. Develops solutions and recommendations to client needs through the use of the application; understands impact on scope and timeliness. Identifies and reports potential scope changes and opportunities to appropriate management. · Uses effective communication and facilitation skills to advise and influence clients at the user and line management levels. Prepare written communications such as status reports, project/internal correspondence ,and functional specifications. · Functions as product functional expert for team members, clients, sales and development. May lead and direct the daily activities of other associates. · Research new features and functionality. May be required to act as project lead for resolution of global issues, application upgrades or other business unit initiatives. · Provides direction on the most complex, escalated client and production issues. Provides direction on ongoing system integrity and stability and system configuration changes. Develops most complex solutions and recommendations to satisfy client needs. *Qualification:* · Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in education & experience & Knowledge of database structures. · Ability to read, code, and manipulate SQL, XML, and Javascript · Code Deployment and QA Skills *Skills Matrix:* · SQL Required 3 Years · XML (Highly desired) · JavaScript(Highly desired) Thanks!
