Description:

Role/Key Attributes Sought:
• Support of Analysis Office Reports
• Provide input, recommendation and resolutions for technical
issues related to Query/AO reports.
• Work with the Analysis Office users and
o Answers questions related to Analysis Office
o Provide Report Fixes where ever needed.
o In case of query changes and user security access, recommend
the changes to BPC Technical Team.
• Work closely with FICO and BW-Technical Team on resolving the
issues.
• Should be able to work independently.
• Expert Level Knowledge of VBA is must with AO BAPIs.
• Ability to design, develop and support SAP BW queries and
dependent objects.
• Recommend "Best Practices" for query development on Analysis
Office.
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements,
and translate requirements into reporting solutions, analytic tools and
dashboards
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management – responsible for creating and
presenting to Leadership team
• BPC Planning Knowledge important, but not a must.

Description – (We want someone with strong FICA experience.)
• Candidate should possess 5 - 8 years of experience in SAP
FICA/RMCA. Full SAP life-cycle experience is preferable (inception through
post-go live and ongoing production support).
• Expert knowledge/understanding of Business Processes and
Industry Best Practices in SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable in
the areas of –
o Billing in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable
o Invoicing in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable
o Integration of SAP system with external systems for transfer
of Billable Items data Interface for transferring billing information from
external systems to Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA)
o Processing outgoing and incoming payments
o Transfer of account assignment data from Contract Accounts
Receivable and Payable to Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
o Parallel processing and Enhancement of standard business
processes of Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable using predefined
Program Events
• Working knowledge of Business processes and Industry Best
Practices in SAP in the following areas –
o Withholding taxes
o Foreign Currency Revaluations
o Automatic Payment Program
o ALE/IDOCS

· SAP Employee expense management (EEM)
· Hands on working experience in EEM
· Work independently with the mobility team
· Involved in end to end testing related to Mobility app for EEM
· Possess good communication skills and ability to interact with
Business and functional people directly
· Preferred 5+ years of experience in SAP EEM
· Experience in mobility is preferred

Job Title: SAP BPC Consultant
Location – Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 6+months
Description:
• At least 10 years of work experience in implementing Finance
applications
• At least 3 years in SAP BPC project implementations
• Experience working in system support
• Knowledge of BPC Excel, BPC Web UI is a HUGE plus
• A strong understanding of integration to BW and to downstream
systems
• Experience preferably in high tech manufacturing industries
• Present Design/solution options to Business teams, Articulate
BPC functionality to users, able to clearly communicate with Finance users
in Biz terms
• Finance Background Must
