*Location: Des-Moines IA * *Duration :18 months * *Rate: $48/hr* Solid understanding of the “build, release & deploy” process including recent experience working as part of a build team in an enterprise environment Experience with source code management tools (Subversion), and Build creation tools (Maven, ANT) Experience with Branching and Merging in a multi-project environment - Experience managing multiple pom files in a multi-project environment Experience with the process of Continuous Integration - Experience with the process of deploying EAR, WAR, JAR files to application server Experience with Linux scripting, (Python, Jython), system process automation - Experience working directly with multiple Development teams and enforcing build and deploy processes Current or recent experience as a J2EE developer, including proven experience in developing application code Ability to perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidate must be able to communicate well to all levels of management Ability to successfully interact across multiple levels of an organization. * Experience with WebSpere installation, configuration, administration and deployment. Very good experience with jython/python script to automate the WebSpehere admin tasks on Linux environment.
