Send resumes to *kris...@tresourceinc.com <kris...@tresourceinc.com>** |**408-709-1760 Ext: 955 <408-709-1760%20Ext%3A%20955>* ******************************************************* *Position: Sr. Siebel CRM Tester or Lead with Order Management Exp.* *Location: St Louis, MO* *Duration: Long term * *Responsibilities:* · Coordinate testing activities (test planning, test execution & reporting and defect management) with the QA Team · Provide hands on support for test case development, test execution, defect reporting and verification · Review and analyze user stories · Determine the test approach for application features under development · Perform manual, exploratory, and automated testing · Work with developers and product owners throughout the development lifecycle · Liaise with Offshore QA Team to conduct testing activities · Collect and analyze metrics and Prepare QA Status Reports · Run triage meetings for defects and production incidents · Good Knowledge of Siebel CRM Order Management, Lead Management Modules. · Knowledge of Telecom Domain · Knowledge of CRM Products · Knowledge of CRM Access Privileges · Knowledge of OSM and BRM applications · Knowledge of RODOD architecture will be added advantage. *Education & Experience:* · A four-year degree in computer science or equivalent, with 7+ years of software testing experience · *Experience in Siebel CRM end to end Testing preferably Version 8.1 * · Experience in OSM and BRM · *Working knowledge of HP QC ALM * · Good exposure in Software testing Lifecycle · Good Communication both written and verbal which includes communicating with Client as well as offshore team · Ability to work under aggressive deadlines · Basic SQL will be added advantage · Expertise in Test Driven Development practices · Expertise in the CRM domain preferable · Excellent communication and inter personnel skills · Enjoys working with developers, analysts, and product owners in a collaborative environment · Ability to work in a faced paced environment and meet tight schedules *Thanks & Regards,* Krishan | Asst.
