*Interview mode: Phone then in person* *Location: NYC, NY* a leading provider of online trading and risk management solutions for the financial services industry is seeking an experienced Network Administrator with strong unix experience. Duties will include primary responsibility for some or all of the networking technology solutions used in our data centers as well as helping us design and administer our state of the art high availability infrastructure. Some of the technologies currently in use are Checkpoint firewalls, Cisco UCS, Cisco networking, Linux, F5 and EMC storage. Strong UNIX knowledge is also desired. General Skills -Design and administer complex networking environments -Self-starter/independent, but able to work well in a team -Strong problem solving abilities -Able to handle a diverse range of tasks in a busy and challenging environment including a 24 hour international trading floor, DR site, multiple development and testing environments and satellite offices -Bash/Shell, Perl, Python scripting expertise strongly preferred Networking -Cisco IOS (Nexus switching, routers) -Cisco UCS experience a plus -Zenoss, Nagios, or similar familiarity -Firewall administration (particularly Checkpoint) a plus -Able to interface with other teams and clients to resolve networking problems Monitoring -Zenoss, Icinga, Adagios, OMD or equivalent experience -Experience with and ability to carry out on call duties as part of a rotation for weekend and off hours support Operating Systems -Linux( RedHat Enterprise 4/6 or Centos a plus ) -Windows 2008R2/Windows2012/Active Directory *Thanks & Regards* Sunny Mehta Sage Group Consulting Inc.
